Available options: 8’ walls, daylight dormer, fake dormer, extra loft, knotty pine railing

Delivery: Free delivery within 50 miles, $10 per mile up to 100 miles. All additional mileage fees must be paid at the time of sale and cannot be added to the RTO contract.

Contract Terms: 36, 48, and 60 month contracts require 15% down of the total contract price at the point of sale.

RTO contract may not exceed $15,000.

All cash sales on the Winchester require a minimum of 50% down at the time of sale, and remaining 50% due at the time of delivery.

The Winchester is our rustic half-log siding cabin that we offer in a variety of sizes. The Winchester is a quality cabin that can be customized into your dream cabin! Enjoy the outdoors in style with one of our beautiful half-log cabins!

Cancellation, Partial Refund/Restocking Fee. Orders for standard portable building(s) may be canceled by purchaser at any time before delivery. If Purchaser cancels such an order, Seller has the option to charge the Purchaser a restocking fee equal to 15% of the TOTAL purchase price.

Secure Storage Sheds and its agents including (Drivers) are NOT responsible for permits, setbacks, restrictions, or covenants. PLEASE contact your local codes department or Homeowners Association. It is up to the customer to decide whether ground conditions are suitable for delivery. Secure Storage Sheds LLC is NOT responsible for yard or driveway damage. Free delivery and setup includes ONE TRIP, additional trips may incur CHARGES to the customer. Talk to the salesperson about blocking. Does not include ground anchors.
